We named the company after the feeling we want you to have the first time you walk through the front door of your finished house, and every day after.
How Makarios began.
Demitri started Makarios so one team could carry a home from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. After more than 25 years in Central Texas construction, he brought planning, design, budgeting and construction together, so every part of your build is handled by people who already know every detail about your project.
Today we build custom homes in Austin and the communities around it, on our clients' lots and on lots we help them find. Our background in commercial building gave us real scheduling discipline, so your project stays on track.
