Makarios Design Build was founded on a simple belief: building a custom home should be clear, intentional, and done the right way from start to finish.
After nearly two decades in construction across Central Texas, Demitri Schizas saw a consistent gap in the industry—projects lacked communication, budgets drifted, and clients were often left navigating a complex process without real guidance.
Makarios was built to change that.
