OUR WORK & EARLY BUDGET GUIDANCE
To help you visualize the possibilities, we invite you to view our finished projects and homes currently under construction. From there, we discuss your desired features and finishes to prepare an initial high-low cost estimate for your home.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN & SERVICE AGREEMENT
By initiating a formal agreement and deposit, we begin actively working alongside the architectural designer on your behalf. This crucial step allows us to develop your preliminary house plan, comprehensive budget estimates, allowance schedules, and an immersive virtual floor plan walkthrough.
CONCEPTUAL HOME DESIGN
We hold intake meetings with both the architectural and interior design teams to map out the early concepts of your home. This collaborative phase results in a finalized initial budget estimate and a completed preliminary house plan package, including floor plans, elevations, and site layouts.
Budget Estimate Presentation & Contract Signed
During this milestone, you will sign the main construction contract with the verified budget estimate and place your builder deposit. This provides the green light to officially finalize your house plans and begin selecting your favorite interior and exterior materials.
HOME DESIGN COMPLETE
Our design team works alongside you to lock in every fine detail, finalizing all interior and exterior selections. With your specifications, allowances, and final house plan complete, we deliver the definitive cost estimate for your project.
UPDATED PRICE PRESENTATION & ADDENDUM SIGNED
We present the finalized plan and specifications book for your review before signing the final contract price addendum. Once approved, the complete documentation package is submitted for required HOA approvals and interim construction loan closing.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING & GROUNDBREAKING CELEBRATION
We host a pre-construction alignment meeting to review every structural detail before officially pouring the foundation and commencing construction. Throughout the build, you will receive weekly updates, rigorous quality inspections, and a final orientation meeting before you move in.
