Built By Experience referral program: official terms and conditions

1. Sponsor

The Built by Experience Referral Program (the "Program") is sponsored and administered by Makarios Design Build, Texas. Contact: 512-540-4096, demitri@makariosdesignbuild.com.

2. Program period

The Program is ongoing with no fixed end date. Makarios may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time. Whether a referral qualifies is determined by the terms in effect when the Referred Party signs.

3. Eligibility

Participants must be U.S. residents at least 18 years old with the legal capacity to accept these terms. The Referred Party must be a new prospect who is not a current client of Makarios and not already in active discussions with Makarios. Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Makarios personnel are not eligible.

4. How to participate

Submit the referral through the official referral form. There is no cost to participate. A referral must be submitted before or at the time the Referred Party first engages Makarios in order to receive credit, as determined by Makarios' records.

5. Qualifying event and how rewards are earned

Rewards are earned only when: a valid referral has been submitted; the Referred Party executes a Qualifying Agreement; and all Program requirements are satisfied. A "Qualifying Agreement" means a fully executed, non-contingent custom home construction agreement with Makarios Design Build that has not been cancelled during any applicable contingency period.

6. Rewards

The Referrer receives a gift card with a value of $10,000. The Referred Party receives a $10,000 credit applied toward their Qualifying Agreement. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

7. Reward fulfillment

Rewards are issued within a commercially reasonable period after the qualifying event and receipt of any required documentation. If a Qualifying Agreement is cancelled, Makarios may withhold, revoke, or recover the associated rewards.

8. Limits

There is no limit on the number of referrals a Referrer may submit, but only one (1) Referrer reward and one (1) Referred Party credit may be earned per Qualifying Agreement. If the same person is referred more than once, the earliest valid referral receives credit.

9. Taxes

Recipients are responsible for all taxes associated with rewards. Makarios may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before issuing a reward and may issue an IRS Form 1099 where reporting thresholds are met.

10. General conditions

Makarios reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the Program or acts in violation of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

11. Privacy

Information collected through the Program is used to administer the Program and communicate with participants, consistent with Makarios' privacy practices. By submitting a referral, the Referrer confirms they have permission to share the Referred Party's contact information.
